Dance auditions for GöteborgsOperans Danskompani 2017/2018

The dance company, based at GöteborgsOperan, Gothenburg, Sweden, is an international, contemporary dance company of the highest ranking.

With 38 dancers from all over the world the company creates new works together with some of the most interesting artists of our time.

Göteborgsoperans Danskompani tours world wide.

Choreographers in the repertory include Sharon Eyal, Stijn Celis, Sidi Larbi Cherokaoui, Marcos Morau, Ohad Naharin, Saburo Teshigawara, Ina Christel Johannessen, Michael Keegan Dolan, Marina Mascarell, Constanza Macras, and Alan Lucien Øyen.

GöteborgsOperans Danskompani is looking for:

Dancers with high level of dance, theatre and performance skills with at least 3 years of post-educational, professional dance experience. We are seeking creative dancers with strong artistic identity, able to contribute in creative processes required for the company´s dynamic, diverse and ambitious repertory.

The company is offering contract(s) for both men and women of 6 months to 1 year. The contracts will start in July 2017.

GöteborgsOperan, January 21-22
